Retaking The Course (And Getting A Better Grade) Will Replace The Bad One.

Even if you failed the class you can retake it at a community college. Also, if i can recall correctly you can apply for course forgiveness at any time throughout your college career. You select the class you failed and then the class you (hopefully) passed. Now i know the process of retaking classes, and 2 of those failed classes will be course forgiven, but i have a problem.

I Believe You Also Get A Year Or So After You Retake The Class To Decide If You Want To Use Course Forgiveness Or Not (Ie You Can Do It Sometime Later After You Retake The Class)

Just because you failed it 2 times at sdsu will not affect the cc of choice, to them it's your first time attempting. The way course forgiveness works is that you retake the class you failed, once you finish it again (aka once the final grades are in), you go to webportal and then to the course forgiveness page. So you could leave it as is and use course forgiveness later if you believe it is needed, it's just that gpa will be lower until you do do course. I should also note that old grade stays on the transcript but does not get accounted in after you use course forgiveness.
